Porto Franco and Workland Estonia signed an agreement according to which Workland\u2019s largest to date full-service business centre and coworking space in Estonia will be established in the Porto Franco business centre that is currently under construction. The new Workland centre will be opened in Porto Franco together with the completion of the centre in autumn 2020. <\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cDemand for Workland’s flexible solutions is growing rapidly: we see that our customers have discovered the clear added value we provide for them,” said Indrek H\u00e4\u00e4l, the founder and CEO of Workland Estonia. “Porto Franco will be the new heart of the city in a few years’ time \u2013 proximity to the sea and the old town, good accessibility both by public transport and by car, and beautiful architecture will soon make a real magnet of this quarter. Workland Porto Franco is currently going to be our largest centre in Tallinn with its nearly 2,500 square meters on two floors. \u201c<\/p>\n

The Workland concept is suitable for both freelancers and small businesses who do not need to have their own office space or furnishings, but also for larger corporations that value flexibility and the convenience of a full-service business centre. According to Indrek H\u00e4\u00e4l, Workland offers inspiring work environment and takes care of the daily well-being of its members so that they can focus on their core business. \u201cIn addition to private offices, it is possible to work in open plan coworking areas. Our centres also have shared facilities with conveniences, as well as seminar and meeting rooms that can also be rented by companies that do not work daily at Workland to organize events and meetings. Moreover, educational and entertaining events are regularly organized for our members. And there is always milk in the coffee machine!\u201d Indrek H\u00e4\u00e4l added.<\/p>\n

\u201cPorto Franco will be a convenient, urban and modern multifunctional centre. For us, fast-growing Workland with its 2500-square meter rental space is one of the biggest tenants,\u201d said Rauno Teder, Chairman of the Board of Porto Franco O\u00dc. \u201cWorkland is an Estonian company, and their concept is quite unique: business customers are offered a full service where the tenant does not have to think about organizing the operation of the office but can operate in an environment where everything needed is already there. In this way, developing companies will be able to provide the flexibility they need to use their rental premises for growth.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cIn the form of Workland, we can provide rental space in Porto Franco for even the smallest so-called two-man companies; we can satisfy the wishes of tenants needing less than 100 square meters of rental space and also for short-term tenants. This will surely bring new start-ups to Porto Franco, establishing and innovative companies who will find an inspiring work environment here,\u201d added Rauno Teder.<\/p>\n

Workland\u00a0is a full-service business centre and coworking space operator founded in 2016 and expanding rapidly\u00a0with a total of 5 successfully operating centres to date\u00a0all over the Baltic States.
